JAYISAAC AI ("we", "us") operates a business-to-business (B2B) contact intelligence platform available at jayisaacai.com. This policy explains how we handle two distinct categories of personal information:

• Account information — data you give us when you create an account and use the platform.
• Professional contact information — business contact records (such as names, job titles, business emails, and business phone numbers) contained in our database and made available to our customers for sales and marketing outreach.

We operate primarily under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and we strive to honor the principles of the EU's GDPR and California's CCPA for users in those regions.

2. Information from account holders

When you create an account, we collect:

• Name and email address (and profile information if you sign in with Google)
• Authentication data managed by Google Firebase Authentication
• Billing information, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our servers
• Usage data such as searches run, contacts revealed, credits used, and lists created, which is necessary to operate your account

3. Business contact information in our database

Our database contains professional contact information about businesses and the people who work at them. This information relates to individuals in their professional capacity and is compiled from sources such as:

• Publicly available sources, including business websites, public directories, and corporate registries
• Licensed third-party data providers
• Information submitted directly by businesses claiming or updating their listing

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government ID data) and we do not knowingly collect any information about minors.

4. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the platform
• To authenticate your account and process payments
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse or fraud
• To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates
• To make professional contact records searchable by our customers for legitimate B2B sales and marketing purposes

We do not sell account holders' personal information. Access to professional contact records is a paid feature of the platform provided to authenticated customers under our terms of use.

5. Sharing and third parties

We share information only with service providers needed to run the platform, including:

• Google Firebase — authentication and database infrastructure
• Payment processors — subscription billing and checkout
• Hosting and analytics providers — site delivery and aggregate usage measurement

These providers may process data outside Canada (including in the United States). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Your rights — access, correction, removal

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Remove or suppress your professional contact record from our database (opt out)
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@jayisaacai.com with the subject "Data request" or use the contact form with the "Data removal request" topic. We respond within 30 days, and removal requests are typically actioned much faster. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

7. Security and retention

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and authenticated infrastructure provided by Google Cloud / Firebase. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, and loss.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. Suppressed contact records are kept on a suppression list solely to prevent re-addition to the database.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and aggregate analytics (understanding how the site is used). We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling authentication cookies will prevent sign-in from working.

9. International users

Our services are operated from Canada. If you access the platform from the EU/EEA, UK, or California, we extend the core rights described in Section 6 to you, consistent with GDPR and CCPA principles. By using the platform you acknowledge your information may be processed in Canada and the United States.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes affecting account holders will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
